  Nonetheless, noting the Prosecution’s concurrent obligations pursuant to Article 68 of the Statute and the fact that the Defence does not object, the Chamber finds it appropriate to provide the transcript of the conversation to the Prosecution, including the identity of the Interlocutor. Accordingly, it directs the Registry to reclassify filing ICC-01/14-01/18-592-Conf-Exp-Anx as confidential ex parte, only available to the […] Defence, the Registry and the Prosecution. The Chamber considers that this provides the Prosecution with sufficient information to assess and discharge its obligations and to take appropriate measures to protect the safety as well as the physical and psychological well-being of witnesses, pursuant to Article 68(1) of the Statute. (para. 21).
